The movie is full of absurd 'Mission Impossible' tropes, impossibly dangerous chases, the old waterfall trope you knew was coming. But - a damn funny movie. Godot is a splendid femme fatale, and the chemistry between the Rock and Reynolds is great. Mostly Reynolds as the comic and the Rock as his hapless foil. All action packed. You can see a sequel coming with the 3, as this is a money-maker not some Oscar vehicle. Full of the 'little things' Reynolds likes to put in his comedies. Famous red-headed singer makes another fine cameo, the threat to the Rock of him being in a perfect deep fake having oral sex with a goat sent to his mother because even she won't know it is "Deep Fake Rock", the bit about Vin Diesel is true.

At many times, truly breathtaking - and one of those movies that is amazing in a traditional movie theater. Not too Woke, but these days everyone seems obligated to have movie parts recast for Strong Black Women. So far, the Hispanics and Asians are missing out on those recast "Strong Action Hero Females" roles. Great job in their roles for Rebecca Ferguson, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Timothee Chalamet.
