Tamani Jones

This book was amazing, I loved the consistency of the dialect and the many themes seen though-out. This story really opened my eyes, and made me feel apart of the protagonist’s journey through life. My favorite quote “Love is lak de sea. It's uh movin' thing, but still and all, it takes shape from de shore it meets, and it's different with every shore.”
