I was really happy that they brought in much of the original characters but I felt sort of bummed walking out of the theatre. I felt sort of bored and the story was flat. Unadventurous. I expected more. I completely understand they only had so much footage of Carrie Fisher but I thought they would have written the end of her story in much better than what it was. It seemed a bit awkward. The interaction between Kylo Ren and Rey was weird and felt rushed. The make out session towards the end felt forced and random. Like they were just TRYING to bring that relationship full circle. Almost like they were just shoving that down our throats. I had high hopes for the movie that is supposed to tie all of the stories together but it just...did not.
