6/10 this was a groundbreaking film the vfx, sound, and ideas are excellent, it fixes the pacing issues with the phantom menace, but suffers issues from bad screenwriting and directing. A lot of people like to blame the actors for the awkward line delivery but that was the director's fault. after watching clone wars, attack of he clones feels like a better story, the overall narrative George Lucas was going for in this movie is amazing.

3/10 alike the original star wars movies this movie is revolutionary, it was like nothing audiences had ever seen. the special fx are groundbreaking, the scriptwriting isn't great though which drags down the whole movie. the pacing for this film sucks especially after they leave Tatooine, but as soon as they go back to Naboo the movie gets back up. the characters are bland and annoying. Even as a fan of the prequels i don't like this movie.
