I watched this movie Friday. To be completely honest I didn’t grow up with these games, I knew of their existence but almost 4 years ago I got into them by reading one of the books. I started playing the games and loved them dearly and I was holding out for this movie. I really liked it, it may not be the most accurate to the games and though people say everything is off I really enjoyed as a fnaf movie. Everything had an almost dreamy unreal aspect that made it feel like you were sort of in suspense while watching it but he just the right amount of violence to make it work. I had played numerous games before watching and I loved those games dearly. I just wish it they had kept the part about Michael being William’s son the same but it works for what it is. Overall 10/10 movie in my opinion. I understand that a lot of people were disappointed about the lack of violence in place of jump scares which is more accurate to the game, the only time we actually saw on screen violence was in fnaf 3, other than that I thought it was great
