If you're a poor resident in Manitowac, Wisconsin, BEWARE! (spoiler alert) If you are unliked by someone who has some involvement with law enforcement you'll be accused, indicted and convicted of rape (first case) and then charged for murder (2nd) you didn't commit. This story is about corruption at it's best! What law enforcement, the DA and the prosecuting attorney did to this poor man and his family is an injustice to our legal system. There was judicial error, ethical misconduct errors, violation of the rules of professional conduct, all of which can be used for appeal. It's about power versus conscious and a big black eye to the State of Wisconsin.
