That’s 2.23hrs I’ll never get back. I found the ending in particular confusing plus the use of the word ‘fuck’ was overused & unnecessary. I know that Ethan Hawkes character was supposed to be insipid but I found his acting insipid also. I’m not a great Julia Roberts fan so my expectations of her were met. Anyway I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to watch.

Jennifer Lawrence is drop dead gorgeous & she’s a fine actress. Really like the plot as I love espionage movies. A lot of well know actors & actresses. I’d recommend it to anyone who likes these types of movies.

The acting superb, the scenery outstanding, the plot, confusing & convoluted. The film reminds me of an octopus, with a body & legs going everywhere. I’m sure that it ties in somehow & maybe the second, third & fourth movies of this four legged series brings it all together. I’ll keep watching in hope that I’ll understand what’s going on.

I’m watching the series for the 3rd time & I love it. The actors are superb. The story line magnificent. It has me wondering what life was like back then. So many twists & turns. A masterpiece.

I enjoyed the series. I’m in my 70’s and I can’t remember ever being so patronising to women in general. I’m referring to the police and the way that they spoke to their female staff, the prostitutes and how they blamed the prostitutes for what happened to them. Maybe that’s what was meant about the dramatisation of the series & taking poetic license. I didn’t like women being so demeaned that it virtually made them insignificant. Plus the lying of police regarding their investigations after the event. Good series otherwise. I’m glad that Sutcliffe got to spend the rest of his miserable life in jail & died in there.

It was a good movie to watch. The premise of the movie was good as was the acting. Would I watch it again, probably not. Matthew McConaughey is one of my favourite actors. He was ok in this movie.

There’s a whole lot of things that don’t add up but you make allowances if you’re entertained. I’ve lost count of how many dead bodies I’ve seen, it must be in the thousands. I’ve actually seen the same dudes end up with bullet holes in their heads in different episodes. As I said I find the series entertaining albeit a bit repetitive. More twists & turns that a bucket full of worms.

Brilliant but disturbing at the same time. The acting, especially Eli, is outstanding. I had a mixture of emotions all the way thru the series. One thing that kept on going thru my mind was how did people live that way? I guess it’s reality & that’s how it is. We can’t all live in dreamland. Amazing cast, top acting & very much Australian.

This movie is a stinker from start to finish. Unconvinced about the plot & more importantly the acting. The best performance was by the scenery & the photography. Great aerial shots & really liked the jungle & rugged landscapes but apart from that the movie is as flat as a tack.

Please, if you haven’t seen ‘Fool Me Once’ do yourself a favour & watch it now. It’s got more twists & turns than a bucket full of worms. I’m exhausted. I feel like I’ve been on a huge roller coaster ride & the end is nowhere in sight. The author is a genius.
