Accolades, really? I thought it was abysmally miscast.

This show would be watchable if it weren’t for the distraction caused by the character with the big obtrusive purse constantly on her arm. Why is it always there? What’s in it? Colostomy or enema bag? Both? A change of large underwear? Her script? Lunch? I mean what’s the point?

It reminded me of arduous/ridiculous porn. A lot of wading thru silly dialogue, while waiting for the atrocities to begin.

Macho, gentle, kind & haunting. A rare treat. I just loved it.

I was engaged in her plight, but when the film became inconceivably dark and ICKY, I just wanted it to be over.

Rotten Tomatoes missed the mark this time. Sit back, unclench and enjoy. If you’ve ever worked in the picture business, or lived in or near the Valley, this one’s REALLY gonna crack you up. It’s like The Player meets Pulp Fiction. Only “2 Days…” came first.

Convoluted and dull. I’d waited with open arms and Jodie’s wizened little detective is a trip, but does the rest of the cast HAVE to be THAT unattractive? I’m hoping for a turnaround and that it’ll infuse itself with some oxygen, but right now I feel cheated & blue. Plus, too many old depressing songs feebly trying to set the abysmal mood. It was like Wolfman Jack meets Nosferatu. Maybe I’m just sick to death of bloated horror & cold science fiction. Is it me?

Outstanding. She’ll never forget making this film. It took everything she had. I hope Cheryl Strayed feels that Reese Witherspoon did her justice. They’re both goddesses. Kudos to Jean-Marc Vallee. Making this film was an odyssey.

Good Grief. Why on earth did they let her try to ‘sing?’ She was already the industry’s worst ‘actor…’ NOW THIS. BLURF….
