Pokémon Sword and Shield is the example of doing the bare minimum for a video game. I will say that I at least had some fun playing the game but now after the DLC, I don’t see myself returning to this game anytime soon. To be fair, I haven’t played every Pokémon game. I can still very much acknowledge how mediocre this game is compared to most other Pokémon games. Pokémon Sword and Shield feels like a fan game instead of a AAA game. If the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Remake is as mediocre as Sword and Shield, I am definitely not going to want to play it.

Scribblenauts Unmasked is a decent game but has many flaws. The gameplay is still fun and giving Maxwell the ability to punch and use super powers is great, but this game is really lacking in content. Scribblenauts Unlimited had 38 unique starite missions and 100s of shard missions, while Unmasked only has a little over 10 missions. Instead of making several areas to explore, they increase the play time by making each area locked behind a pay wall. Scribblenauts Unmasked does have a final boss which is what Unlimited lacked, but Unlimited is the better game.

Sonic Unleashed is a pretty decent game. The Werehog stages are a nice change of pace from boost Sonic and are pretty fun in my opinion. The boost Sonic stages are also pretty fun and fast pace. The fact that you have to do a precise button input to finish off enemies in the Werehog stages is pretty annoying but I can look past that for delivering a fun combo system. This game is a solid 8.5 out of 10.

I don’t understand the hate with this film. It is not trying to be a funny movie. It realizes that Shrek the Third was an abomination and did their best to make as good as or ever better than the first film. It delivers a great story with villain who is actually threatening. We are shown a dystopian world where Fiona was never saved by Shrek and really shows how important Shrek really is to this world. It all ends with Shrek sacrificing himself to save Fiona which really shows how much Shrek and Fiona’s relationship changed over the years. If you thought this movie was bad because it came after Shrek the Third, give it another chance. I truly believe this movie would have gotten great reviews if it wasn’t for the awful third film.
