We were dismayed when we tuned in this week after a summer where CBS was not available to see personnel changes AGAIN. However, it has occurred before and we will adapt especially since Anthony will be doing his signature pieces. What bothers us the most are the new sets. The colors are garish, the moving banners are distracting and the entire impression of the studio with the iconic table and new set with the lower chairs is "busy". The Green Room looks like an elegant hair salon! We understand tying all the morning programs together and staying with the hard news format for the first hour followed in the second with human interest stories. That works so please don't tinker with what is not broken. You will never attract the shallow viewers the other networks coddle but you will keep those of us who want the News for the News and background pieces.
