I enjoyed the first joker movie and had high hopes for the sequel but they did a horrible job with this movie. I wanted to see a good full fledged joker wreaking havoc in Gotham City and instead I sat through a 2 hour long courtroom drama/musical. Extremely disappointed, silent car ride home just trying to understand how the writers and director could completely ignore what made the first movie an award winning success and release such garbage. Who was the target audience? This is one of the best and most well known supervillains so you’d expect an action packed experience where you get to experience the villains side of the story for a change, instead you sit through non stop courtroom discussions and meaningless musical numbers. Don’t waste your time or money!
