Eleanor

I really wanted to like this film, after reading stuff online and watching the trailer I was prepared to leave the cinema feeling disturbed and scared but it was the complete opposite. Longlegs as a character is not scary, it had a lot of scenes that feel really overdone in this genre of film (the devil made me do it/banging head repeatedly on a table whilst manically laughing/having creepy dolls at the forefront of all the weird stuff that has been going on). That being said, Maika Monroe is an incredible an actor and she is the main thing that made it watchable. Just did not live up to the hype at all in my opinion.
