A very cleverly presented story putting the viewer in the position of questioning what is real and what is not as we watch an intelligent older man lose his faculties. How he claws to maintain his truth. There are moments when you wonder if there’ll be a twist and some characters turn out to be darker and more devious than we see. There are scenes when we are double guessing and working out if there’s some ugly gaslighting at play. What unfurls is so raw and so terribly human it is unforgettable. A poignant and immensely moving film. Not cheerful but the acting is superlative. Well worth the time, it will leave you better informed about even yourself.
