Jodie Whittaker is a great choice for the first female doctor, but sadly bad scripts and weak directing may mean she's the last, and may even signal a long hiatus for the classic show.
Expected better, very sad for Jodie a very talented and well respected actor. The co-stars come accross as a morbid sad crew and don't help lift tge script passed very average.
