Well Netflix really did spend money on the CGI. The locations and scenes are stunning and the robot is impressive. This is all worth watching, but what let's it down is the poor script and unbelievable characters. The token black child in a white family, seems to be purely for the woke crowd, would have been better, putting a complete black family in there. The must have villan which does take the character of Dr Smith, a blundering idiot in the original, is too over the top. She's a nasty vicious murderer, with supposedly low intelligence, but managers to outwhit the entire cast of survivors. The series seems to spend too much time on disasters, and family petty dramas and not enough good story telling. Worth a watch if you have time to spare, but not in the same league as the awesome Expanse.

How silly is Hanna. The program makers would have us believe that the CIA and US army run cart blanch around every country in Europe, in their tanks and various Army war vehicles guns a blazing, including the UK!! I think the EU would have something to say about that. It's a Shame as the actors are excellent, and the drama keeps the series moving along. It could have been made a bit more believable and it would have earned a place as a top drama. I agree that the teenage sex scene wasn't really necessary for the storyline, as its got plenty of content to keep you engaged . So if you don't mind the daftness, it's still a good drama.

Just watched the first episode of Citadel. Wonderful actors and beautiful cinematic features, especially from the train. Richard Madden is his usual best and draws you into his life. Stanley Tucci as usual delivers on every line. It's obvious where the money has been spent to make this is high quality slick spy thriller. The only area keeping it from a 5, is the daft plotline involving Nuclear codes, when even teenagers know they only last a week, so why would 8 year old codes matter? That put to one side definitely worth a watch.

What a load of rubbish. Typical American team drama. I have read all the reviews and am flabbergasted by the 5 stars awarded by some. The acting is awful with silly teenage quotes found in comedy shows. And what the hell were the wild west pair of wood cutters in their denims all about! Willow was a classic, so to put this dire piece of drama out with its name is shocking. All I can sermise is that Disney is struggling for cash, with low grade actors and children writers. The scenery is the best part, and slightly less wooden.

Wow what a great show. Sleek, well rounded plot lines and a really great cast. It has a film noir feel to the whole thing as the quality of the filming really shines through. On the premise of it a Train travelling through an ice aged world I had doubts it could last more than one season. I'm pleased to be wrong as Season 3 is well underway and I'm as gripped as the first Episode. The characters are believable and not all black or white, and it draws you into their stories. If you haven't seen Snowpiercer yet, then put it on your list.

Very disappointed with this supposedly origin story of The Kingsman. It was more like a war film than the previous 2 movies. Many of the scenes were brutal and depressing, I can't quite understand the point of it all. So if you know nothing of the Franchise and love a good guts n all war film it's the one for you. The last few minutes of the film were the most Kingsman like scenes, with only a slight smattering throughout the rest of the long drawn out war. It's such a shame as the first two were excellent.

Just watched seasons 1 and 2 on catch-up, and must say the only reason I did was to see what the hell happened to Evans week away. Was shocked that the BBC has produced something akin to a cheap American teen drama, with terrible music, plain stupid scenes of long moodie looks totally unnecessary to the plot, and depicting a supposably intelligent lawyer doing plain stupid stuff. won't be bothering with series 3.
