Pied Piper

Love this original phycological drama/thriller. Slow, but with an ascending plot. The 2022 Danish movie is great. The remake, a pathetic and non scary version. Like most remade movies, the 2024 movie is not worth watching. Watch this one for excellent performances from all actors. In the remake, the kids were bad actors.

Love this highly entertaining flick. The motto of the story, I believe, is to be grateful of the way one is. Do not try to be, what one believes, everyone else is wanting one to be. Just accept oneself. She looked fabulous. Even a former schoolmate thought so. But she could not be happy growing older. Wanted so much to reverse time, that she looked awful. Better to of left the growing old gracefully. So many cases to date, in Hollywood. Stalone, Wildenstein, Rourke. These people looked better before. Surgery did not make them look better, nor more youthful. These people's look disfigured, just like her in the movie.

Truly mesmerising movie. Stewart excelled in her role as Spencer. Her looks, mannerisms, vocals, and simply the way she carried herself were taken into account fully. Stewart was captivating, and held my full attention throughout the film. It was clear to see she had researched the role. A very good actress who has come a long way from her Twilight days.

Truly amazing movie. Excellent from start to finish.

Why was this movie classified under the horror genre? Absolutely nothing to do with horror at all. The most utterly disinteresting film I have ever had the misfortune of viewing.

Utterly fantastic portrayal of dementia, and the sufferance of those caring for them. Outstanding performance from two amazing actors.

Expected a grand ending, like a hidden door behind a painting. No such luck. It appears that the director ran out of script, and simply, 'CUT', 'THE END'. Do not waste precious time. Give this movie a miss.

Initially started off alright. Thought the movie was watchable and so plodded on. So very wrong. Movie was all over the place with a cast that were ill fitting. Stereo typical Phillipine cleaners. A black man who was an odd Thomas on a cruise vessel. A captain that did not do much. Lots of strange fillers in the movie like the director ran out of ideas, and just put any story in. Film was pretty sickening with the vomit and faeces episodes. I had just eaten and it was too gross. Similar movie to Taxidermia, or The Human Centipede
