Boring and confusing. It presupposes you know the background story and only starts explaining some things in later episodes. This could pass, but while you try to understand, they give you nothing to go on. Not one character has any genuine appeal, charm, mystery or intelligence, in spite of a couple of good efforts, while the storyline remains uninteresting. You couldn`t care less whether things go one way or the other. Failed attempts at intelligent discourse make it unsufferable and you long for better days and good writers. Real writers.
