I dont know if I missed the point of the album, if it was overhyped, or if it just wasnt for me, but it was just ok. Being a first time Kendrick listener and hearing good things about him, I was expecting big things from all the hype I heard. I mostly got a medicore album, with uninteresting beats, lyrics, and themes. There were times songs would go from very intriguing to boring. An example I can give of this being the first 30 seconds of Father Time and then the rest of the song being boring. Better than CLB, worse than Donda.
