Disappointing Experience with Poor Product Quality and Customer Service (Rage Sam Ntuli Mall).
I visited your store and purchased a pair of takkies. Unfortunately, upon inspecting the shoes at home, I discovered that they were not in the condition I expected. The takkies appeared worn, with visible dust on them, and even the box was not in good condition.
Given the circumstances, I decided to return the takkies the following day after church. However, when I arrived at the store, I was met with a disappointing response from your staff. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to acknowledge the issue and declined to exchange the shoes. To make matters worse, the staff members were rude and disrespectful towards both myself and my mother. One of them even went as far as to insult my mother, which is completely unacceptable.
I felt deeply disheartened and frustrated by this encounter. As a loyal customer of Rage, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided. However, this incident has left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. I believe that no customer should be subjected to such treatment, especially when seeking assistance with a legitimate concern.
