I went to go see The Eras tour with a friend. We were early, and as more people started showing up, two groups of teenage girls showed up and started exclaiming and talking very loudly. Even after the showing started, the groups of girls would not shut up. I wanted to hear what Taylor was saying during the show and be able to sing along with her during the concert. My friend asked some of the girls next to us to quite down politely. Then this is where bad things happened. The girls started calling my friend names, and saying loudly how rude my friend was being. My friend heard everything and eventually had to leave the theater in tears. I went to the staff at the theater to try and calm the groups of girls down since they were jumping on theater seats and standing in the walk ways, but they were unable to do anything as this is a "concert like experience". After my friend left in tears, we went back to the same staff members and had to get our tickets refunded. We told the staff how the girls were calling my friend names and they told us the people would be getting kicked out as this was out of line. Our experience was horrible all because of die hard fans who couldn't get actual tickets to see her in person.
