It reveals the role of an Engineer under the Wings of an aircraft on the tarmac, making an attempt to demystify the role of an engineer as a Aircraft Maintenance Man. The varied experience, interactions with other branches, esp aircrew and opportunities that come over the period of Service that grooms an Engineer to play a mixed role of Tech-Logistian, Techno-Managers, Techno-Leaders. The most important take away is that how to take risk in a stride and face challenges with wit and common sense. Overall a worthwhile read.
