Decent show but seems more like a soap opera to me. Actions and cruelty seems outdated in my opinion.

Love this show. In my opinion it beats out Yellowstone by miles. I have watched several episodes of Yellowstone and frankly I don’t get it. I understand the plot and all just not the reasoning behind the cruelty of the show. In modern times the cruelty showed in Yellowstone isn’t warranted or realistic in my opinion. To much like a soap opera if you ask me. 1883 is more realistic for the times and the cruelty is fitting for the era. Just opinion
