Love the show guys I do have an idea for a solution to the problem of offenders being let out on bail and then reoffending (like the kid who killed the young pregnant couple) The solution is simple Make the magistrate accountable for his/her decisions The magistrates should be accountable for protecting the community therefore if they release an offender into the community and they reoffend it is the magistrate who made the wrong decision. Let’s get the laws changed to a three strikes and your out for magistrates The penalty for getting it wrong so often You lose your position of trust because the community can’t trust you to protect them.
