90% of the time she's fair, but every so often a party will come in that is on her bad side from the first word out of their mouth, then they may as well hang it up as it is not going to go well ! PS: wanted to comment on a case a while back where the plaintiff's couch turned pink when it was cleaned and she found against the cleaner. Next time ask the plaintiff if they have been "deodorizing" by spraying the furniture with one of the fabric refreshers like Febreze... the chemical reaction wasn't the defendant's fault !
