Having read much of the history of middle earth, this show not only has poor acting, poor story telling and downright irritating script, but it is not true to anything Tolkien intended for his mythology. Of course if you know nothing and care nothing for Tolkien's intention and all the things that made Lord of the Rings so great, then you'll probably give this show a 5 star rating because its pretty and has good musical scoring. Don't waste your time, but IF you do, come back here and leave a low scoring review so maybe the community can boycott this dumpster fire well enough that the show actually stops. Maybe one day content will get good again. At least House of the Dragon is decent.
