I am not a real estate agent...yet. But after reading this book I want to be one. I came away with a solid understanding both types of agents - residential and commercial. The author is gifted in drawing you in and holding your interest. I actually wrote notes in the margins. This book is practical and is definitely a must read for existing agents and for those who are considering a career in real estate.
