After passing of my beloved mother who also was from a Turkish Cypriot origin. Being introduced to Meliz’s cooking has reminded me the Cypriot Legacy my mother passed down to me. I sincerely congratulate Meliz as she too is passing down our delicious recipes towards other nations. Meliz’s new cook book is now my bible in my kitchen.
