So disappointed, after purchasing tickets I get a link to get 10% off. Well, that doesn't help now. We were excited our granddaughter was here from out of town and we wanted to do something different. Funny thing is it could of been relaxing but here is how our day started out. Lobby, super warm, girl at desk says it's hot but I turned the air down ten minutes ago. Ok prepare, it's not gonna cool in 10 minutes. We go in we take our seats in a row near the end as I am claustrophobic and felt it was a very enclosed theatre. Guy running it yells out, move down fill the seats. He stated to us, you have two in the middle. I said, " I can't move down I need to sit here". He yells out "who said that and why do you have to sit there"? I said " I said it and I need to be near the end due to claustrophobic issues. He says again loudly " well there are two seats in the middle you better let people in" Seriously what is wrong with him to create that scene. It's no different then a movie theatre, people come in they walk down the row and take the seats. It's not like we were causing this huge chaotic scene and not following suit. Ridiculous behavior on his part, and so rude. Never again.
