I'm a native Tamil speaker and I mostly am okay this movie. 3 stars because I've seen better movies. I loved how my language was being represented in this film, and it was honestly refreshing to see this sort of a setting in a product of Bollywood. It was nuanced, showed the difficulties of a long-distance marriage very well in my opinion. The most accurate thing here is probably the kind of 'worship' that revolves around Rajnikanth, it's impeccably portrayed. 😂 Just a few things I felt could have been worked on to make this film an unforgettable watch. - The 'unrealistic' condition for celibacy in his office: I'm totally not the best person to be commenting on the dynamics of the workplace, but I felt the condition was something a boss had no right to enforce on his employees. Have no idea though, just my little two cents. - The pronunciation of the Tamil dialogues: (This one's not too much of a bother, honestly.) Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate that they included some of the local tongue in what is still a Hindi movie to make the setting feel authentic, and the pronunciation was not bad at all for non-natives, but I feel that if the actors worked on those little bits it would have been an commendable performance on the whole.

Truly awesome movie...It's cute and realistic, much better than sappy Bollywood romances. And the music! It's so beautiful and it sets the perfect mood for the story. Every actor's acting was brilliant and extremely enjoyable. All in all, 100% recommend!
