What your show doesn't mention is that under the supreme court case of terry v ohio, is that in order to approach a person and detain them a thug needs to have reasonable articulateable SUSPICION OF A CRIME !! Acting "suspicious" or "they had a call" doesn't give thugs an excuse to stop anyone on the street. This isn't supposed to be 1930's Germany. These blue line flag gang thugs seem to think it is ! They desecrate the flag, have "qualified immunity" , investigate themselves to find they did nothing wrong, and then on the extremely rare situation they are proven to have done something wrong, the arbitrary designated non essential tax cattle get stuck with the bill
