The Musical was amazing! Stellar cast, who were awesome as an ensemble. Songs were catchy, choreography on point. I genuinely hope that this will be around for a long time to come! We'd definitely see it again. My only criticism isn't levelled at the production, but at the space for seating. The history of Fortune Theatre is amazing, but it's leg room leaves a LOT to be desired. I was in agony owing to a lack of legroom. I'm 5'10; my fella is 6'2. Neither of us are slight. It was very uncomfortable! That said, the show (most importantly) us utterly brilliant. Captivating, imaginative, funny, lyrically astute.5 stars from us. (Yes, it's slapstick and OTT, a criticism levelled by many reviews I've seen. But it's MEANT TO BE! ) Congrats to the cast and crew! Thank you for a new injection of musical theatre.
