Excellent series on what spirituality really means. In this ego glorifying world, the one who can realise the Ultimate Truth and connect with the Universe as a whole must overcome the ego. Spirituality doesn't come from experiencing altered states of mind via some meditation or yoga practice that doesn't allow one's ego to be tamed or eliminated. Spirituality doesn't come via tantric or kama sutra practices with various partners and then pretending to channel spiritual guides or so-called masters when one cannot tame their own egos or their desires. The same message was also mentioned in a different way by Lord Buddha or Socrates or the Guru of the Hare Krishna movement. But people hardly understand...
