Alison Slaven

Not usually a listener of historical crime fiction but this title has completely changed my view and I will be reading many more in the future. From the very first page I was hooked. The twists and turns, the historical references and the sense of location and historical accuracy are fabulous. Five stars for me as someone who has to listen to books rather than read them physically. Narrators excellent.
