A potpourri of political drama, relationship & emotions and haunting melodious music. The film was banned during the emergency because Suchitra Sen as a politician in the film was thought to be look alike of a great politician of that time. Both Suchitra Sen and Sanjeev Kumar were at their best. A great movie indeed.
