I am in awe. Anne Rice's characters come to life in ways that I never thought possible on the screen. The actors are beyond talented and full of so much of the characters' souls, even 6 episodes in. You can tell that they are keenly aware of how important their roles are. I absolutely love the unique and brilliant takes on some of the elements from the books. They are tasteful and masterfully done. I am a fan for life of Anne and her novels and I am now a fan of her TV series. In my opinion, this series is not only a beautiful take on the vampire, but it's also a delicate look into ourselves.
