Watched this show and was hooked by the incredible Bones visuals and actions. Watched this show as an adult and was hooked by the loose world building, fun characters, and consistent themes. The series has numerous actors in the course of the same war with inter-faction conflicts often reflected through interpersonal relationship conflict that touches your heart. I understand the anger some feel at the show’s loose world build and eventual Antagonist reveal and defeat, but I feel it’s all very consistent with the themes emptiness and longing for purpose and acceptance being the root of conflict for each one of the main actors in the war. While the ending leaves a bit to be desired I love the ride this quick series brings you along for and the feelings you get from its visuals and relationships last for a very long time
