I loved this show when it launched but please stop trying to play out every story line you read in the media. The writers think they need to cover every issue we are all facing & it’s coming off as weak & poor writing. The show is going downhill fast. To assume a head of a hospital would relinquish his position just because he is white, is totally absurd & a poor writing & ideas. You made him look totally like a white man savior & its not what’s needed right now. Racial equality doesn’t mean making Caucasian’s look weak & giving up their jobs & asking them to give up their wages. If this doesn’t improve, I’m out & so are a lot of others.
