I was very excited to hear that James Patterson was collaborating with Dolly Parton on a book and immediately purchased it on Audible and proceeded to listen to it from start to finish. I have to say that this book had none of the James Patterson flavor. The story moved forward at a snail’s pace and the wind up felt rushed and like an afterthought. Very disappointed in this book.
