Penguin finally has a peak performance just like what Heath did to joker.
Collin Ferrell pulled one of the best performances I've seen in a long time. His ability to go from calm and collective to murderous sleez ball in one scene is incredible. Good overall story of what Cobblepot is all about. Trying to rise to the top of the mobster lifestyle, using his cunning charm and criminal mind set to fool his opponents. Really has no morale or integrity and won't hesitate to strike back but he makes sure he's never the main suspect. Great settings, love the dark AND rainy/gloomy atmosphere of Gotham. No cheap, bogus story arcs I literally can't tell what is going to happen. Amazing ground work on a believable character. Definitely could use more fleshed out work like this in the future for other characters.
