I booked my appointment a month ago for the day before Easter. I received confirmation the night before the appointment. I never received the address so I reached out a hr and 20 minutes before my appointment time asking for the address. I got a reply 10min later. Now I stay in the The Woodlands Conroe area. The shop is located on Harwin which is 1hr and 15min from me. I flew across town to get there on time. Once arrived no one was there. I knocked/called and text. I received a response maybe 7 min later she in route. Now let me remind you she has stipulation on her booking but now she’s late. I sit n wait. 25 min later I receive a text apologizing and saying she didn’t feel well. Like seriously u was just on your way 25 min ago and not even talking about a whole hr and 45 min ago when she provided the address. This was very unprofessional at its best. I didn’t have a back up plan for my hair and it is Easter and I have events to attend.
Very poor service yes she has a lot of followers cause by pictures her work is good which is the reason I chose her to pay $200 for 4 elegant beautiful braids. But communication needs to be better. Even if she flaked me out to grab a big job she coul have say something way before time. That was very selfish. I did get an offer to reschedule for a discount mon or Tuesday however I’m not one of the sisters that has time to just pop out like that. I have a career that requires my attention M-F 8-5. So a refund was processed.
