The shame about this series is that it could have been so much better. It certainly had initial potential as a plot. The seduction was very subtle and nuanced. Of course one problem is that the title rather gave the game away at the outset - from the start we knew what was going to happen. Both reading Wuthering Heights? What were the chances of that. Sufficient surely to both be reading a Bronte to make a connection without rising suspicion with the viewer.
