After about two years of frantic collecting I have managed to acquire all of Clive Cussler's books. They are all in very good to excellent condition. All but three of his earliest books are hardcover. I managed to luck out & pick up a new 40th Anniversary Edition of The Mediterranean Caper with New Preface by the Author. An very good read, as are all his books. Granted, there are some variations of "very good", but in my opinion, not so much as make any of the books uninteresting. Like anything, each story has an ebb & flow of it's own, depending on how much historical truth has been put into it.
Currently I'm only about halfway through The Romanov Random & the historical facts are quite impressive & make the book hard to put down.
So for me, Clive Cussler's books rate four to five stars on a scale of five.
I just received his latest book, Condor's Fury, written by his son, Dirk, & am eagerly awaiting the release of Corsican Shadow on Nov 7.
