What I love most about this movie is the truth that many of us in the LGBTQ community are all to familiar with, the fear of being ousted. Not only the fear of being ousted, but living a lie and a life of being unhappy. All of which many of us have or still do. Ennis describes the outcome if he and Jack lead a life of happiness they both long for. Sadly, Jack became a victim of a hate crime, again we of the LGBTQ community are all to familiar with.
