Never thought I'd like it but it proved me wrong. I love history and reading about how the other half lived. It was amazing how the rich live. And I thought that must be how queen Elizabeth and her court lives. Had to start with season 1. I love it. I loved the outfits in the rowing 20s. They were fully dressed for each event. Is the show still on. My favorites were Laddy Grantham and her cousin they were a hoot.

Started to change the channel...glad I didn't. Was this movie based on a true story and who made it back? Is it really possible to walk that far? Where was the movie shot?

I started not to watch it I thought here we go again another slave picture..but it was a good movie..it surprised me in the end. Some people are still living in the past they still want blacks to be slaves...when will they realize we are humans just as they are..God made all men
