The English is the best drama on TV It is absorbing brilliant excellent cast with Chaske Spencer & Emily Blunt heading a superb cast. The filming & direction is tops. Chaske's quiet strong character draws you in (those eyes and stillness) and well matched by Blunt. All contributing actors made this a sensitive, strong, powerful drama. No holds barred on the violence of the West and cleansing of the Native Indian. I have watched twice and plan another viewing. Cried at the end. Brilliant thank you.
