Michael “Boondockin’” Day

The host’s food vernacular was atrocious. Why not have a host who really understands food? The show, while having wonderful moments, completely leaves out the contributions of indigenous and Latinx contributions to the culinary arts, often claiming ownership of ideas that are outright false. Some outright historical inaccuracies or mistruths. Shame. Had so much potential. Would have been better to just have the Benin episode, which was the best and fascinating.
