Hear me out: this movie is not good. In fact it’s borderline terrible. From the plot holes to the nonsensical dialogue made by completely unlikeable characters to the editing that’s constantly catching contrived reaction shots from the actors, there’s hardly a redeeming value to anything going on with this film.
And yet, I’ve watched it maybe a dozen times to where very much like The Room, I find myself ENJOYING how bad it really is.
You absolutely will not find the secret to life by watching this movie.
You will not be satisfied if you’re looking for a character to get behind (or character development) or even the hopes of watching a logical story with a solid through-line and a satisfying ending.
But if you’re looking for an experience that leaves you face-palming in every scene, you could grow to actually like this movie.
