It's true, it's really really bad. Maybe next time don't give show runners with zero experience a billion dollars and the most beloved fantasy IP to pilot their awful foray into television. I could write a lot here: about the terrible script, mind numbingly robotic dialog, 2-dimensional characters, boring plot lines, terrible costumes, unlikable heroes, and much more, but I won't. This show was written by children. It has none of the magic that makes Tolkien's books or the Peter Jackson films so special. It's borderline insulting how bad it is. Such a waste. Bad, bad, bad.
