We looked forward to seeing this film but found it disjointed, confusing and it became tedious to watch. It perhaps would have been better to focus on a certain period in a 3 hour film. A series would be a more suited to this major historical figure’s life perhaps like was done in The Crown. You can see where the money was spent/wasted but even with that said this film was boring. His hats were nice!

Once they got in the water it was better. The 3D was the best I’ve ever seen but the plot was the same - good versus bad with an opening for avatar 3…. It was ok but nothing new - had it’s pretty moments but plot and characters were?
