Jo-Anne Duval-Reynolds

A lengthy film wondering where this is going before some clues begin to appear. Blake lively does a great job in her role but I found Jason Clarke miscast. I didn’t quite understand why some of the scenes were there such as the brother-in-law painting himself with blood and wearing a dress ( ?). The movie could have been just as powerful in meaning without all the unnecessary sex scenes. I had to read other reviews and explanations to what happens at the end.
